NiceStylesheet is Online!

NiceStylesheet Not to long ago, I shared a teaser for a new design showcase by Deron Sizemore of RandomJabber.com - NiceStylesheet.com. At that time, all we had to go off of was a screenshot. Er… supposedly. I actually did a little investigating and entered in the URL http://nicestylesheet.com/about/ and got a 404 page. With that, I had the navigation in front of me - so I poked around.
I liked what I saw.

But, as of today, Deron has launced NiceStylesheet!

I must say, the web site has turned out better than I thought it would!
Bravo Deron!

If you’re a designer, blogger, or web enthusiest, I would highly reccomend checking out this site and possibly even subscribing to its RSS Feed. Deron does good design work and appears to have a good taste for design. Everything there is great!

NiceStylesheet is a well done design showcase and well worth following.

    I don’t mind.
    Just don’t go taking credit for designing the logo or anything along those lines. (I don’t think you will, but just laying it all out because there’s a lot of… not-so-nice people on the web)

    I partly agree.
    NiceStylesheet’s design isn’t the greatest - but the submissions are excellent.

     

  • Brian: Thanks for the mention Brian! I hope to get some great designs in the gallery and ones that have not already been submitted to every CSS gallery known to man!

    Artur: You’re right, the design is nothing special. :) That was the point though. I’m fully capable of loading the site up with all kinds of designs and gradients, but a CSS gallery is there to showcase the designs, not the CSS gallery’s design. People don’t come to gallery to observe the actual site design itself, they want to see good designs which provide inspiration and that’s kind of where I was going with the site. Just something clean and basic put provides good inspiration.
